Experience
Charles joined Boehl, Stopher & Graves as an associate in 2010. He focuses on civil trial work. He handles the defense of claims alleging personal injury, products liability, insurance bad faith, employment discrimination, professional liability, and breach of contract. He also works on complex litigation managing large-scale discovery and electronic discovery. He worked as a trial attorney at the Louisville Metro Public Defender from 2006 to 2010. He clerked for Judge John G. Heyburn II, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Kentucky immediately following law school.
