Judge Clymer retired from the McCracken Circuit Court after twenty-three years of service to join as a partner in the Firm’s Paducah office. Having presided over thousands of cases and hundreds of trials, he brings a judicial perspective to case evaluation and strategy and to motion and trial practice.
Craig is a graduate of the National Judicial College Civil Mediation program and multiple United States Department of Defense basic and advanced mediation courses. He has served as an Ombudsman and Mediator for a branch of the U.S.D.o.D. since 2004. From 1988 to 1992 he was a staff attorney for U.S. Magistrate Judge W. David King in Paducah.
He is admitted to practice in the Kentucky Supreme Court, all Kentucky state courts, and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
