Patrick joined Boehl, Stopher & Graves as an associate in 2018. His focus is civil trial work, including the defense of personal injury, products liability, insurance bad faith, employment discrimination, professional liability, and breach of contract claims. Before joining Boehl, Stopher & Graves, Patrick served in the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office, initially as a criminal prosecutor then later in its litigation section of the civil division. While in the criminal general trial division, Patrick was also part of a specialty unit focused on the law and prosecution of animal cruelty. In the civil division litigation section, Patrick represented Louisville Metro Government, its agencies and employees in tort liability claims and 42 U.S.C § 1983 civil rights claims at both trial and appellate levels.
Admitted to practice in all Kentucky State Courts, the Federal District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
